• With the large number of emails coming into the office, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee a personal response to all mails.
• We may not be able to respond to requests for advice regarding which home cinema equipment you should purchase. We advise you to check out our in-depth hardware reviews and then speak to your nearest dealer.
• We welcome feedback on the magazine and comments on all aspects of home cinema.
• The star letter of the month wins the sender a prize.
• Not all letters can be published in the magazine.

• We can't help with hardware faults or problems with retail outlets.
• We particularly welcome feedback on the website and errors in the text or links.
• We welcome exclusive news items for publication on our website.
• Unable to log in to the Forums? If your user information has disappeared, we have probably deleted your details because your email address is no longer valid. Please re-register. Unfortunately we can't help with other Forum problems as the system is automated. Please contact admin for assistance if all else fails..
